In the case of Navarre, the average increase was 10.7%.
Bizkaia experienced a rise of 4.1%.
Gipuzkoa has seen a rise of 4.8%.
Alava experienced a rise of 5.4%.
Donostia-San Sebastian has the most expensive price per square metre of all the municipalities in the 4 foral territories. The square metre in the capital of Gipuzkoa stands at 5,631 euros, resulting in a year-on-year increase in October of 5.5%.
Bilbao is next with a price per square metre of 3,381 euros, a year-on-year increase of 5.9%.
For its part, the square metre in Vitoria stands at 2,668 euros, an increase of 6.6% compared to October 2023.
